Top of Big Reed Pond Path may be the windiest place on LI. Be mindful of leaving things out on the deck, umbrella open, etc. NOTE- There are 2 umpbrella's one big ( broken) and one small
It's manual - electrics are not operating. It was designed to keep deer out. Kind of hassle to open and close. If you shut it at night great – if not “Don’t worry about it.” Just close it when you go back home. Note there is an inside and outside latch.
Entry - Access house through garage.
When shutting down down the house leave through the garage.

Best propane grill I ever owned . it's powerful "Med" would be a standard grill "High". There are three burner zones. I suggest starting with two until comfortable with the heat,. This way there is a safety zone. (Example far left or right).
To Light Right now auto is not working . Use a lighter (in kitchen). Turn propane on whatever burner you want to use. Lift grate up and light (closest to front) . The adjacent burner will light when it is placed on high.
Propane Tanks - There are two tanks. We fill them at the "Gulf" Station in town.
Food is in the front closet by front door in a yellow container. In the summer they can go days without getting fed. They get fed once a day about three adult handfuls. Over feeding is what leads to their demise. Some of the Coy names - “Orange Gina”, “Fish Nose”, “Coco”, “Harriet and Harry aka See thru Brains.” Goldfish – “Samantha”, “Channel (she has lipstick on)”.
